unique kind of accommodation: the historic building, with parts
dating back to the early 14th century, is a listed ensemble
renovated to a high, modern standard.
Six well-equipped apartments seamlessly
blend historical charm with modern comfort and all have their
own private terrace and acess to the common garden.
Thanks to the central location, all major sights, restaurants,
and cafés are within easy walking distance. Guests can enjoy
scenic views of the rolling hills, the Danube, and the lush
vineyards of the Wachau, which surround this picturesque
city.

einer Stadt, die zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört und das Tor
zur berühmten Wachau bildet – beherbergt dieses historische
Gebäude, dessen Teile bis ins frühe 14. Jahrhundert
zurückreichen, sechs gut ausgestattete Apartments. Jedes
Apartment verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse und verbindet auf
harmonische Weise historischen Charme mit modernem

Dank der zentralen Lage sind alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten,
Restaurants und Cafés bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Gäste können

During the academic year (September - June) our apartments can be rent by students, during summer holiday (July and August) holiday guests are welcome.Waehrend des akademischen Jahrs (Sept.- Juni) vermieten wir an Studierende, im Sommer (Juli und August) sind Feriengaeste willkommen.
